There are two shipping options:

* Maximum delivery times are unusual as they are the result of such things as mail forwarding, etc. We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours, however due to circumstances beyond our control this is not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimates only. We advise against shipping to a business address as someone else at your office can potentially take your package. If you still want us to ship to a business address, you'll assume all responsibility if the package goes missing once it is delivered to that address. Testimonials - We reserve the right to publish your testimonial / feedback and use it in marketing. If you do not wish us to do so, let us know when sending your feedback. PAYMENT
When an order is placed we authorize your card for the total amount of the order. The actual charge does not take place until the order is shipped (and the total is adjusted for any out of stock items, etc.) For this reason, we do not accept debit cards - notify us right away if you used a debit card. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship outside the US. However, keep in mind that our international service is geared towards wholesale buyers. For non-US orders the payment options are: Wire Transfer or verified PayPal account (CA and UK only.) Free shipping is not available for non-US orders. We do not provide exchanges for non-US orders, only refunds.
30-Day Money Back GuaranteeIf for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. (See Returns section for details.) Note: We do not accept returns on silver and gold jewelry (see below.)ReturnsIn case of manufacturing or product quality defects, items can be returned to us within 30 days as indicated on the packing slip. We do not accept product returned due to normal wear and tear.Returns must include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned and if you want a refund or replacement. Any defective product must still be included with the return. It takes 1-2 weeks to process a return. We do not refund or reimburse S&H fees. Free shipping is forfeited if a refund request puts your order below the required order minimum. In that case, any refund will be reduced by our normal S&H fee. All orders over $150 require a prior RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number. Call or email us to get your RMA. All orders over $150 without an RMA will be refused or returned back to you. Any special sales items (like 10 charms for $1 or a free gift) can also have a minimum order amount. If the return puts your order total below this minimum order amount, then the special sales item must be included with the return. In other words, purchasing and then returning items to keep a free gift or $1 special deal item is prohibited. 1) Refused orders or orders returned due to bad mailing address will be charged a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee plus standard S&H fee. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address and we need to re-ship the order again, we will charge our standard S&H fee again. 2) All returned wholesale orders will be charged a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee plus standard S&H fee. The fee will be chared to the same credit card as the original order. When you order from us you agree and authorize this charge if any of these two events above occur. We encourage you to insure your shipment to us or use a reliable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) If your shipment gets lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible. Silver & Gold Jewelry. Our return policy on silver and gold jewelry is different from all other items. Because it is shipped from a different warehouse, all sales on silver jewelry are final. Make sure you're ordering the right size if you order silver rings. We do not accept returns/exchanges on silver jewelry.
